Praise Picker is a review-request service operated by Crash Proof Digital LLC ("we", "us"), Atlanta, Georgia. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
When you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, we send you text messages about your service — typically a request for feedback after a job is completed, up to three messages per job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of text messages does not affect the service you receive.
Two groups of people. Our customers are the businesses that hire us. Their customers are the people who receive a feedback request after a completed job. If you got a text and are wondering who we are, you are in the second group, and the business named in that message is the one you did business with.
To send the feedback requests you consented to, to route unhappy feedback to the business owner so they can fix the problem, to bill our customers, and to meet the record-keeping that mobile carriers require of anyone sending business text messages.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Only the parties needed to deliver the service: the business that served you, our messaging platform and the mobile carriers who transmit the message, and our payment processor for billing. Each is bound to use the information only to provide their part of the service. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Contact and messaging records are kept for as long as the business we work for remains a customer, and for up to two years after that, which is the window in which carriers and regulators may ask us to evidence consent. Feedback and ratings belong to the business and are kept as part of their account.
Information is held in access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected people promptly if something goes wrong.
This service is for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we message you will be notified before they take effect.
