Reputation Engine

For businesses that need more Google reviews and a professional public reply on every one. The best first step if your website is decent and you just look quiet on Google.

AI Chat Bot

For businesses that pay for traffic and then watch chats and forms sit unanswered. The chat bot answers first, asks the right questions, and puts the job on your calendar.

Chat trained on your business

Your services, service area, hours, FAQs, and booking rules. It answers the way your best front-desk person would, and it never goes to lunch.

Qualify, then book

A few qualifying questions, then a slot on your real calendar. Form fills and missed chats get a text follow-up so nobody goes cold.

Facebook and Instagram too

Optional: the same chat bot answers your Facebook and Instagram DMs, so every inbox gets the same fast reply.

Knows when to hand off

Upset customers, VIPs, and anything complex go straight to a person, with the whole conversation attached.

Everything lands in your CRM

Every lead and full transcript, in one place you own and can export.

A monthly report

Chats started, jobs booked, and conversations handed off to you.

Package 03 · from $247 / mo

AI Receptionist

For businesses that miss calls after hours, on jobs, or at lunch. A voice agent answers on your number, qualifies the caller, and books the job — or gets you on the line when it matters.

Always on

Answers every call

24/7 on your existing number or a new tracking number. Or just after hours and overflow, if you want your team picking up first.

Booking

Books onto your live calendar

Qualifies the caller, checks real availability, and books the job while they are still on the phone.

Knowledge

Knows your business

Services, areas you cover, pricing bands, and policies — so callers get real answers, not a message-taking machine.

Handoff

Transfers when it counts

Emergencies and anyone who asks for a person get transferred to you. Missed calls get a text back within a minute.

Records

A summary of every call

Who called, what they needed, and what happened, in your CRM. A monthly report shows calls answered, booked, transferred, and captured after hours.

Minutes

Straight pricing on usage

300 voice minutes a month are included. Past that, minutes are billed at cost with no markup, and we warn you before you get close.

Package 04 · from $297 / mo

Google Business Profile Management

For businesses whose profile was set up once and never touched again. We rebuild it in week one, then publish posts, add photos, and reply to every review on a schedule, so Google sees a business that is open and busy.

Week one

Full optimization

Categories, services, products, attributes, hours, and description rebuilt to match what Google looks for.

Every week

Posts and photos

Updates, offers, and project highlights written and published for you. New photos added on a schedule so the profile never looks abandoned.

Every review

A reply in your voice

Good or bad, every review gets a professional response. Spam and fake reviews get reported to Google.

Every month

A report you can read

Profile views, calls, direction requests, and website clicks, plus a weekly log of exactly what we did.

Package 05 · from $247 / mo

Social Media with Brand Voice

For owners whose last post was months ago. We build a monthly calendar of posts in your tone, your colors, and your logo watermark, then publish them for you on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and your Google profile. No X.

Brand Voice

Sounds like you, looks like you

We set up a Brand Voice profile first: how you talk, your colors, and a watermark that goes on every post. Nothing goes out that reads like a template.

Calendar

A month planned in advance

You approve the calendar once. Posts go out on schedule, and your best 5-star reviews get turned into posts automatically.

In person

One hour a month with you

On Growth and Pro, we spend an hour on site each month for team photos and real job shots, or coaching your crew on taking better ones.

Report

What got seen

A short monthly report: posts published, reach, follows, and which posts people actually clicked.

Onboarding

What the first week actually costs you.

One working call, and then a couple of short replies to texts from us. That's the whole demand on your time.

Day 0 · 45 minWorking call with you and whoever closes out jobs
Day 0We connect your Google Business Profile and your job system
Day 1–2We write your messages in your voice; you approve the wording
Day 2Branded feedback page and review link built on your subdomain
Day 3Live test on one real closed job, start to finish
Day 3 onwardIt runs. You get a text when someone is unhappy.

If you use Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or most anything with a job-complete event, we trigger off that. If you close jobs on paper, we'll give you a one-tap way to fire it from your phone.

AI Chat Bot and AI Receptionist add a few days for training and live test chats and calls before they go public. You hear every script before a customer does.

What we won't do

The shortcuts that get profiles stripped.

Most of what's sold as review software is one policy enforcement away from erasing every star you've collected. Here is the line, and which side we stay on.

We don't gate reviews

Hiding the Google link from unhappy customers — review gating — violates Google's policy on selectively soliciting positive reviews, and the FTC has said the practice can violate the FTC Act as well. Every customer of yours gets the same message and can post publicly. We just make sure you hear about the problem first.

We don't offer incentives

No discounts, gift cards, entries, or free service in exchange for a review. Google prohibits it outright, and the FTC's 2024 rule makes conditioning any incentive on a positive sentiment a penalty-bearing violation.

We don't ask for specific content

Your message names your technician so the customer knows who it's about. It never asks them to mention his name, your business, a service, or a star rating in what they write. As of April 2026 Google explicitly prohibits requesting that customers include specific content, staff names included.

We don't ask on your premises

No tablets at the counter, no QR code while they're standing in your shop, no requests over your wifi, and no review quotas for your crew. All of it is now named in Google's rating manipulation policy.

Written up in full: what Google changed in April 2026 and what it means for how you ask.

Fit

Who this is built for.

A good fit

Any business with real customers who are generally happy with the work — contractors and home services, doctors and dentists, salons, restaurants, retail, and professional services. Solo owners to multi-location teams, in Atlanta and beyond.

A bad fit

Anyone who wants the bad reviews hidden, bought, or removed. Businesses with no real mobile numbers on file. Anyone hoping software fixes a service problem — if the work is going sideways, asking everyone about it faster is not the product you need.

Fifteen minutes, and you'll know if it fits.

We'll pull up your Google profile, count the stars you've actually got, and work out what three more a week would be worth to you.
